About YGRFC

The Yale Graduate Rugby Football Club (YGRFC) is the premier rugby club for Yale’s graduate and professional community, welcoming both graduate and professional students, as well as their significant others.

YGRFC proudly fields two teams:

🏉 Women+ Team – Open to all women and non-binary players looking to compete and build skills in a supportive team environment.

🏉 Men’s Tackle Team – A competitive squad bringing together players of all experience levels.

Our diverse squad includes students from the School of Management, Law School, School of Medicine, School of Engineering, Divinity School, and many more.

No matter your background or experience level, if you’re looking for competition, camaraderie, and an unforgettable team experience, YGRFC is the place for you.

No experience? No problem.

Rugby is a game for everyone. Many of our players joined with little to no experience and have quickly developed their skills.

Our coaching staff and senior players are here to help you learn, improve, and thrive on the field.
